About the Role:
We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to work directly with customers and bridge the gap between business problems, data systems, and AI-powered applications. This role combines technical implementation, customer engagement, data integration, and solution engineering.

As a Forward Deployment Engineer,



you will be responsible for deploying Superatom AI within customer environments, integrating enterprise data sources, understanding business workflows, configuring AI applications, and ensuring successful adoption. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires robust technical skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Discovery
* Work directly with customer stakeholders including CIOs, IT teams, business users, and functional heads.
* Understand customer business processes, KPIs, reporting requirements, and operational challenges. Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans.
* Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Data Integration & Deployment
* Integrate enterprise data sources such as ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, SCM, and Data Warehouses.
