You are the senior operational expert within the Record-to-Report (R2R) tower and the trusted partner of the Service Manager. You lead operational excellence by analysing business performance, identifying operational risks, driving standardization across countries and ensuring operational governance. You transform operational insights into actions by leading root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of operational performance, financial integrity and process compliance.
What we're looking for
• University degree and 6–7 years of relevant Finance experience, or minimum 9 years of overall relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes and end-to-end Finance operations.
• Experience analysing KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for Operational Excellence, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with Countries, IBM and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Drive operational excellence across the R2R tower.
• Monitor, analyse and interpret KPIs, SLAs and operational performance, taking proactive actions when performance declines or is not improving as expected.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure sustainable corrective actions.
• Drive standardization across countries and challenge local deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on the 3Es.
• Lead/support country escalations and operational reviews with IBM.
• Support/Lead Business Verification (BV) testing and provide operational feedback.
• Identify simplification, automation and optimization opportunities.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to the Service Manager, Global Process Teams and Digital.
• Coach Finance Operations Experts I.
• Represent OSS in governance meetings when required.
