Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will handle incoming queries from employees, vendors, and enterprise clients via phone, email, chat, and in-app support channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.



Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to orders, payments, app usage, and cafeteria operations, while coordinating with internal teams such as operations, technology, and vendor management. The role involves tracking and documenting support tickets, escalating complex technical or operational problems, and following up to closure. The Customer Support Executive will also contribute to customer satisfaction by gathering feedback, suggesting product or process improvements, and maintaining explicit, professional communication at all times.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Experience providing Online Support through channels such as chat, email, and in-app messaging.
Ability to deliver basic Technical Support related to app functionality, payments, and user account issues.
