As a Sourcing Specialist – APAC, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent across technical and business functions throughout the region. Leveraging market intelligence, talent mapping, and advanced sourcing techniques, you will build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You'll help shape sourcing strategies, uncover passive talent, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while contributing to the organization's long-term talent acquisition success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across APAC.
Source and engage qualified candidates using proactive sourcing strategies.
Deliver qualified candidate shortlists within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS compliance.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and sourcing requirements.
Support diversity sourcing initiatives and talent mapping activities.
Monitor sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve pipeline quality.
Contribute to reducing time-to-fill through efficient sourcing practices.
Job Requirements
Handson experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably supporting APAC markets.
Strong understanding of APAC talent markets, recruitment trends
Excellent research, talent mapping, and market intelligence capabilities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, TAPs, and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing project
