Role Description The Associate Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Associate Sales professional will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential, commercial, and retail options. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.



The role also involves supporting negotiations, assisting with documentation and closing processes, and staying updated on local market trends and inventory. The Associate Sales professional will collaborate closely with senior sales and advisory teams to meet individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of real estate markets, property types, and transaction processes; willingness to learn and adapt.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms to manage leads and track sales activities.
