We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Student Visa Department to lead our student visa counselling team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Student Visa Counselling team.
Achieve team targets and monitor individual performance.
Guide counsellors on student profiles, course selection, and visa strategies.
Handle complex student visa cases and documentation.
Conduct team training and performance reviews.
Coordinate with internal processing teams and institutions.
Ensure excellent student service and timely application processing.
Requirements:
4–6+ years of experience in Student Visa Counselling.
Previous Team Leader/Senior Counsellor experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of student visa processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
Target-oriented and problem-solving approach.
Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad.
