Role Description The Applications Executive | STUDY ABROAD is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. The role involves guiding students through the entire application process, including shortlisting universities, preparing documentation, and submitting applications to international institutions. The Applications Executive communicates with students and families, explains admission requirements, tracks application status,



and coordinates with universities as needed. Daily responsibilities also include assisting with visa forms, organizing application timelines, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and collaborating with counseling and IELTS coaching teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Qualifications
Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand academic profiles and recommend suitable study abroad options.
Proficiency in managing university and visa application processes, including documentation review, deadline tracking, and portal submissions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, families, and institutional stakeholders.
