We are looking for a Site Supervisor – Vadinar who is well-versed with the local area and nearby locations and can independently manage day-to-day site and client coordination.

Salary: 30k all inclusive.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development for projects in Vadinar.
Maintain strong on-ground presence and client relationships.
Daily follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
Supervise site operations and ensure smooth execution.
Monitor site progress and resolve operational issues.
Identify current leads and opportunities within the port ecosystem.
Maintain solid knowledge of Vadinar and surrounding areas.
Coordinate with clients, manpower, vendors, and internal teams.
Submit regular site and business updates to management.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of Vadinar area and local network.
Prior experience in site supervision and business development preferred.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently on-site.
