Role Overview-
We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive - Influencer Marketing who can manage both client relationships and influencer campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their campaign requirements while coordinating with influencers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibility-
Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from client brief to campaign completion.
Understand client objectives and recommend suitable influencer marketing strategies.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely communication throughout the campaign.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Coordinate with influencers regarding campaign briefs, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies.
Work closely with the Creative, Content, and Social Media teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Track campaign progress, manage content approvals, and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare campaign reports and share performance insights with clients.
Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creator insights, and competitor activities.
What we're looking for-
1 - 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing.
Experience in managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
