About the Role
The Vendor Development & Application Engineer is responsible for identifying, developing, qualifying, and managing suppliers to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality supply base. The role focuses on supplier capability enhancement, localization, cost optimization, quality improvement, and timely delivery while providing technical application support for product selection and customer-specific solutions whenever required.

Pre-requisites:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering,



Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
4–6 years of experience in Vendor Development, Supplier Quality, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience in precision machining, fabrication, pneumatics, automation, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
Language Proficiency – English
Age – within 25 to 30 years (Preferred Male)
Industry: Preferred from manufacturing industry
