Role Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) in Pune is a full-time, in office role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for MASOLVZ. The BDM will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, conducting market and competitor research, meeting with prospective clients, and presenting tailored Ecommerce and Digital Marketing solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The BDM will also nurture long-term client relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and represent MASOLVZ at industry events or client meetings in Pune and surrounding regions.

Requirements
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing.




Knowledge of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing domains, such as marketplace management, performance marketing, social media, and web solutions.
Client relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement, account management, and customer success orientation.
Market research and analytical abilities to assess opportunities, understand competition, and support data-driven decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office or Google Workspace, and comfort working with reports and sales metrics.
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in Ecommerce, digital marketing, or technology services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
