Role Description
The Gym Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving membership sales and supporting revenue growth at the gym. This role involves engaging prospective members through walk-ins, leads, referrals, and outreach, conducting facility tours, explaining membership options,



and presenting Coreo’s intelligent fitness offerings clearly and convincingly. The Gym Sales Executive will follow up on leads, manage inquiries in person and over phone or messaging platforms, and maintain accurate records in the sales system. Daily activities include meeting sales targets, supporting local marketing campaigns, collaborating with trainers and front desk staff to ensure a positive member experience, and gathering feedback to help improve services. The role also requires handling basic membership administration, ensuring that all processes align with Coreo’s customer service standards and brand values.

Qualifications
Sales and customer engagement skills, including lead conversion, consultative selling, and relationship building.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present membership plans and explain fitness offerings clearly.
