Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Kurla. The Physiotherapist will assess older adults’ physical health, mobility, and functional abilities, and design individualized treatment plans to support safe movement, pain management, and rehabilitation. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical therapy sessions, demonstrating exercises, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed.



The role also involves educating clients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques, as well as maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the broader physical and emotional well-being of elders in care.

Qualifications
Formal qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) and valid professional registration or license, as applicable.
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Experience in geriatric physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or related settings, with strong skills in mobility assessment, balance training, and pain management.
Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with older adults, families, and multid
