We are looking for a high-calibre analytical thinker to work closely in our Chairman’s office, helping translate businesses, financial information and investment committee thinking into sharp, actionable insights for the Chairman.
You will be expected to read, question and evaluate investment ideas, understand businesses and industry deeply, work with large datasets and build analytical frameworks that support investment decisions.

What will you do?
Investment & Business Analysis
Read and critically evaluate Investment Committee (IC) notes, investment theses, business analysis, risk analysis
Develop a strong understanding of companies, business models, industries and competitive dynamics
Conduct a thorough fundamental and financial analysis of businesses
Analyze financial statements, operating metrics, business performance and key value drivers
Identify inconsistencies, gaps and key questions in investment proposals
Support the Chairman’s office in preparing investment research,



analytical notes and decision-making material
Data & Analytics
Build sophisticated analyses and models using Excel & technology with Latest AI tools
Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights
Develop dashboards, analytical tools and frameworks that improve investment processes
Leverage technology and AI tools to make research and analysis faster and more effectiveness
Bring a data-first, technology-enabled approach to investment analysis
Communication & Presentation
Convert complex analysis into clear, concise and decision-oriented presentations
Build high-quality PowerPoint decks for senior stakeholders and investment discussions

Preferred academic background
CA Rank Holders, MBA, TECH, Fintech

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience
Experience in investment banking, equity research, asset management, transaction advisory, consulting or a highly analytical role is preferred
