Role Description The Area Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilwara, responsible for managing and growing business within an assigned territory. In this role, the individual will oversee dealer and distributor networks, build and maintain strong relationships with farmers,



channel partners, and key stakeholders, and ensure achievement of sales targets and market share objectives. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing field visits, conducting product presentations and farmer meetings, monitoring competitor activity, and coordinating promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams. The Area Business Manager will track sales performance, analyze territory trends, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to management on market needs and product performance. The role also includes mentoring local sales staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and representing Doctor Agrovet’s values and commitment to the farming community.
Qualifications
Proven experience in territory sales or area management, preferably in agro, animal nutrition, or allied industries.
Strong skills in business development, channel management, and relationship
