Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR Data Management. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how HR works in a fast-paced corporate environment and build a robust foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various roles.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
Support the HR team in preparing job descriptions and job postings.
Assist with candidate communication and interview scheduling.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker.
HR Operations & Data Management
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related data management.
Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
Ensure employee information is accurately maintained and updated.
Employee Engagement
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with employee communication and HR initiatives.
Help create a positive and engaging workplace experience.
General HR Support
Assist the HR team with ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
Coordinate with employees and internal teams for HR-related requirements.
Provide administrative support for various HR activities as required.
Who We’re Looking For
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
