About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our fast-growing, AI-driven product startup and lead our engineering team in building scalable, high-quality products. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the technology, understands up-to-date AI development practices, and can balance people leadership, product thinking, and technical execution. The ideal candidate comes from a SaaS or product-based technology company, has experience working in an AI-driven engineering environment, and is comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team while maintaining strong engineering standards.
Work closely with Product, Design, and Leadership teams to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Remain hands-on with technology, contributing to architecture, code reviews, technical decisions,



and critical engineering problems.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices across the team.
Leverage tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding/development tools to improve engineering productivity and development velocity.
Guide the team in designing and building scalable, reliable, and secure SaaS products.
Establish best practices around system design, coding standards, testing, CI/CD, observability, and engineering processes.
Own technical execution and ensure timely delivery of high-impact product initiatives.
Identify technical bottlenecks and continuously improve engineering productivity, quality, and development processes.
Build a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, speed, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Participate in hiring, team building, performance management, and career development of engineers.
