Company Description Dyna-K Automotive Stampings Private Limited, founded in December 1985, specializes in precision stampings, pressed components, and assemblies for the automotive industry. Over time, the company has expanded its expertise to support critical and safety-related components for seats, suspensions, axles, turbochargers, and other automotive systems. Dyna-K operates two plants with approximately 52,000 sq. ft. of workshop area in the Pune MIDC Industrial Area, offering integrated stamping and assembly capabilities. With in-house tool design and manufacturing, Dyna-K is a IATF 16949 certified quality organization focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations and industry standards.
Role Description The Engineer – Toolroom Maintenance will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of tools, dies, and related equipment used in automotive stamping operations. This full time role involves diagnosing toolroom issues, performing corrective actions, coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime,



and ensuring tools are maintained to meet quality and safety requirements. The engineer will oversee routine inspections, maintain maintenance records, support tool design and modifications, and ensure adherence to company standards and IATF 16949 requirements. This is an on-site role based in Pune City, requiring close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams within the plants.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of toolroom operations, including maintenance of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures, and familiarity with stamping and pressed component manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting of toolroom machinery, and use of standard workshop tools and measuring instruments.
Understanding of quality standards and automotive industry requirements, including IATF 16949 or equivalent quality systems.
