nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience to generate leads and acquire clients for our IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, online platforms, and other lead-generation channels.n
- Contact prospects, understand their business requirements,



and present suitable IT solutions.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.n
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.n
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.n
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to understand project requirements and prepare accurate proposals.n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.n
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.n
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to the management.n

nRequired skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Sales, or a similar role.n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
