Job Description:
Knowledge of CNC ,lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, and machining centers.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
Set up machines, fixtures, and tooling for production.
Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
Adjust machine parameters to maintain dimensional accuracy.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and report machine breakdowns.
Maintain production records and inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, and quality standards.
Minimize material wastage and improve machine utilization.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production Planning teams.
Required Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5-12 years
