nWe are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Support Internship who can
nhandle customer queries efficiently and maintain a positive brand experience. You will be the first
npoint of contact for customers and help resolve their concerns related to orders, products, and
nservices.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email.




n• Assist customers with order status, product details, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
n• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
n• Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams for order-related issues.
n• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
n• Ensure a positive and helpful experience for every customer interaction.
nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
n• Basic knowledge of customer handling and problem-solving.
n• Ability to remain calm and polite while handling customer concerns.
n• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and Excel.
n• Responsible, patient, and customer-oriented mindset.
n• Ability to work from office and manage daily support tasks.
