Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and transaction recording for sales and purchases. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly and annual closing.



The role will also involve maintaining accurate tax records, supporting GST and other statutory compliance, and preparing basic financial reports for management. This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring close coordination with the sales, operations, and management teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Qualifications

Strong skills in accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation.
Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance (e.g., GST, TDS) and basic financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to maintain organized financial records.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
