Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating design documentation from concept through execution. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams and consultants, integrating structural, MEP, and interior requirements into cohesive designs, and ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.



The role involves participation in client meetings, supporting project planning, assisting in site visits, and monitoring design implementation to maintain quality and timelines. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, detail development, and continuous improvement of studio standards and workflows.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and presentations.
Experience in Project Management, including coordination with consultants, tracking deliverables, and supporting schedule and quality control.
Familiarity with Integration of various building systems (structural, services, interiors) into comprehensive architectural solutions.
Working knowledge of relevant Software tools used in architectural practice (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools); understanding of Software Development workflows or scripting for design automat
