nMotadata is looking for an experienced Presales Consultant to join our growing team in Ahmedabad (candidates willing to relocate are also welcome).
nWhat You'll Do
nEngage with enterprise customers to understand business and technical requirements
nConduct discovery workshops, solution presentations, and product demonstrations
nDesign solution architectures, technical proposals, SOWs, and BOMs
nBuild and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) aligned with customer environments
nCollaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams throughout the sales lifecycle
nRespond to RFPs/RFIs and provide technical consultation for enterprise opportunities
nHelp customers modernize their IT Operations through Monitoring, Observability, and ITSM solutions




nWe're Looking For
nExperience with IT Operations, Network Monitoring, ITSM, APM, RUM, or Observability platforms
nHands-on exposure to tools such as Motadata, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, PRTG, WhatsUp Gold, Freshworks, ServiceNow, or BMC Helix
nKnowledge of Infrastructure, Application, Database, Cloud, and Hybrid Environment Monitoring
nUnderstanding of Metrics, Logs, Traces (MLT), Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analytics
nFamiliarity with Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI, Syslog, NetFlow), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and integrations
nExcellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
