Job DescriptionKey purpose of the role:
nBiofuelCircle's platform supports daily business operations across the
nbioenergy supply chain.
nThe Platform Operations Executive will work closely with business and
noperations teams to help them use the platform effectively, complete
nplatform-related activities, and follow defined processes. The role will
nsupport platform adoption through training, user assistance, follow-ups,
nand operational coordination.
nThe role reports to the Platform Operations Lead and plays a key role in
nensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations
nWhat key tasks will be involved?

- Support users in performing day-to-day activities on then
- BiofuelCircle platform.n
- Train users on platform features, workflows, and businessn
- processes.n
- Monitor platform usage and identify pending actions or processn
- deviations.n
- Follow up with users and stakeholders to ensure activities aren
- completed on time.n




- Assist users in resolving platform-related operational issues.n
- Conduct online and on-site training sessions whenever required.n
- Support platform implementation and adoption initiatives.n
- Validate data and identify process gaps or user challenges.n
- Track operational issues and escalate unresolved matters to then
- Platform Operations Lead.n
- Create user guides, training material, and processn
- documentation.n
- Work closely with operations, logistics, plant, and businessn
- teams.n
- Travel to operational locations, plants, and partner sites whenn
- required.n
- Understand the business and operate on the platformn
