nWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Gujarati, Marwadi & Rajasthani Cuisine Chef to join a prestigious Private Residence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in authentic regional cuisine and a strong background in serving HNI/VIP families or luxury private residences.
nKey Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Gujarati, Marwadi, and Rajasthani cuisine with exceptional taste and presentation.n
- Design and curate daily and seasonal menus based on family preferences.n
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.n
- Source and manage premium-quality ingredients while minimizing wastage.n
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and timely meal preparation.n




- Cater to special dietary requirements and customized meal preferences.n
- Maintain complete confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion within the residence.n
- Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless meal service.n

nKey Requirements

- n
- 8–10 years of relevant experience as a Private Residence Chef, Luxury Villa Chef, or Five-Star Hotel Chef.n
- Expertise in Gujarati, Marwadi, and Rajasthani cuisine is mandatory.n
- Experience serving HNI/VIP families or private residences will be highly preferred.n
- Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, regional cooking techniques, and ingredient selection.n
- Excellent kitchen management, hygiene, and food safety practices.n
- Skilled, disciplined, well-groomed, and trustworthy.n
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and deliver personalized hospitality.n
