We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from quotation through production, delivery, and post-launch support while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.
nRole Description
nThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager in Coimbatore. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing programs from RFQ through production and coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of customer programs.

- Manage customer programs from RFQ through production, launch, and end-of-life.n

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary customer contact.n

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and program milestones.n

- Coordinate Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing activities.n

- Monitor production schedules and resolve delivery constraints.n

- n
- Coordinate engineering changes, prototype builds, PPAPs, and production releases.n

- Review customer purchase orders and support quotation activities.n

n
- n
- Monitor program profitability and identify cost reduction opportunities.n

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.n

- n
- Lead customer quality concerns, corrective actions, and audit support activities.n

- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues impacting customer programs.n

- Prepare customer presentations, KPI reports, and executive program status updates.n

- Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfacti
