We are looking for a dynamic YouTube Creator Acquisition & Onboarding Executive to identify, approach, engage, and onboard high-quality creators onto LYKSTAGE.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience working primarily with YouTube creators and a good understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem. The role will focus on building LYKSTAGE’s creator network by identifying relevant creators, communicating the platform’s value proposition, managing outreach and follow-ups, and successfully converting creators into active LYKSTAGE channels.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist relevant YouTube creators across different content categories, languages, and audience segments.
Proactively reach out to creators through email, social media, phone, creator managers, agencies, MCNs, and other relevant channels.
Present and explain the LYKSTAGE platform, creator benefits, monetization opportunities, and onboarding process.




Build relationships with YouTubers, creator managers, talent agencies, and creator networks.
Follow up consistently with prospective creators and convert qualified leads into active LYKSTAGE creators.
Guide creators through the complete onboarding process, including account creation, channel setup, verification, and initial content uploads.
Work closely with internal product and operations teams to resolve creator questions or onboarding issues.
Maintain accurate creator databases, outreach trackers, follow-up schedules, and onboarding status reports.
Ensure onboarded creators become active on the platform and begin uploading content.
Identify opportunities to onboard creator communities, agencies, MCNs, and creator networks at scale.
Stay updated on emerging YouTube creators, trending categories, content formats, and creator ecosystem developments.
