- Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantagen
- Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantagen
- Prepare and tracks release management - covering scope, design, delivery and testing tracksn
- Conducts daily scums – to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution.n
- Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality.n
- Encourage teams to increase productivityn
- Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt.n
