nCommunity & Partnership Development
n* Build and nurture strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, sports academies, clubs, fitness centers, corporates, resident associations, and local communities.
n* Develop a robust network of athletes, coaches, sports enthusiasts, influencers, event organizers, and sports organizations.
n* Represent Cosmos Sports at sporting events, educational institutions, corporate engagements, and community forums.
nSports Events & Activations
n* Conceptualize and execute sports events, tournaments, workshops, leagues, fitness challenges, outreach programs, and brand activations.
n* Create engaging experiences that increase sports participation, strengthen community relationships, and enhance brand visibility.
n* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
nCustomer Acquisition & Business Growth
n* Drive customer acquisition initiatives that generate measurable store footfall, customer leads, and business opportunities.




n* Own and achieve defined targets related to partnerships, event participation, community growth, customer acquisition, and engagement.
n* Identify local market opportunities, emerging sports trends, and community needs to support sustainable business growth.
n* Support commercial objectives by converting community engagement initiatives into customer acquisition and sales opportunities.
nCommunity Marketing & Engagement
n* Leverage social media, local influencers, sports groups, and digital platforms to build and engage active sports communities.
n* Develop localized outreach and engagement strategies that strengthen Cosmos Sports' presence across Kerala.
n* Maintain and grow a strong database of community partners, sports enthusiasts, institutions, and event participants.
nPerformance & Analytics
n* Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of events, partnerships, customer acquisition initiativ
