nRole Purpose
nThe AML/KYC Analyst is responsible for executing day-to-day financial crime compliance activities such as Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), KYC remediation, Perform screening to identify potential exposure to sanctions and Adverse media exposure in line with client policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal SLAs.
nThe role is execution-focused, with emphasis on accuracy, productivity, and compliance adherence.
nKey Responsibilities

- KYC & Due Diligencen
- Perform KYC reviews for individuals and entities including:n
- Customer identification and verificationn
- Beneficial ownership identificationn
- Source of Funds (SoF) / Source of Wealth (SoW) checksn
- Conduct CDD,



EDD, and Periodic Reviews (PR) as per client risk modelsn
- Validate customer information using public and proprietary data sourcesn
- Identify risk indicators, red flags, and discrepanciesn

nCase Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare explicit, concise case narrativesn
- Maintain complete audit trails and supporting documentationn
- Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and QC standardsn
- Support internal and external audits, if requiredn

nProcess & Compliance Adherence

- Follow client-specific policies, regulatory requirements, and HCL quality frameworksn
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality normsn
- Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarksn
