nMS Word, MS Excel, Auto Cad, Revit
nMaster Planning, Façade design, Layout Planning and Interior Planning.
nTender dwgs and documents, coordinated GFC dwgs
nMunicipal and Submission dwgs preparation
nCoordination with various disciplines and client
nKnowledge and understanding of relevant Design Guidelines & Statutory Requirements
nFollow Code of Ethics set by the company
nEffective written and verbal communication skills in English
nLanguage. Shall have to travel & visit/ relocate at any site as per project requirement.
nSeeks information and help from others when assisting clients with queries
nKeeps pace with high volumes of work when necessary
