Job DescriptionRole SummarynThe Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective financial planning to support business growth.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Manage and supervise overall accounting operations (AP, AR, General Ledger, Payroll)n
- Prepare and review financial statements – P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flown
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of booksn
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planningn
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulationsn
- Coordinate with internal & external auditors and resolve audit queriesn
- Monitor financial performance, variance analysis, and risk areasn
- Manage banking operations, reconciliations, and fund managementn
- Oversee vendor payments, invoicing, and receivables collectionn
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policiesn
- Lead, train,



and supervise the accounts teamn
- Provide financial insights and MIS reports to managementn

Qualificationsn
- n
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance)n
- CA / CPA / CMA (preferred but not mandatory)n
- 5–10+ years of experience in accounting, with team handling experiencen
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliancen
