nWe are looking for an experienced NR Team Leader to lead and manage a sales team within the banking division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of banking sales executives.n
- Achieve team sales targets and ensure business growth.n
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.n
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.n
- Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.n
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.n




- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.n
- Drive productivity and maintain high service standards.n

- Minimum 3+ years of Team Leader experience in the Banking domain.n
- Experience in team handling and team management is mandatory.n
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service.n
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.n
- Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance effectively.n
