About the RolenPoddar Group of Institutions is looking for a agile, committed and student-focused Computer Science / IT Faculty to join its academic team. The candidate will be responsible for effective classroom and practical teaching, student mentoring, project guidance and participation in academic and institutional activities.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials and practical/laboratory sessions.n
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments and other academic resources.n
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned syllabus as per the academic calendar.n
- Teach core Computer Science/IT subjects such as Programming, Data Structures, DBMS, Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Web Technologies, AI/ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, etc.n
- Conduct assessments,



evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.n
- Mentor students and provide guidance for projects, internships, certifications and career development.n
- Encourage students to participate in hackathons, coding competitions, technical events and workshops.n
- Guide academic/industry-oriented projects and promote practical learning.n
- Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, FDPs and institutional activities.n
- Keep updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.n
- Contribute to curriculum development, research and other academic initiatives, wherever applicable.n

Eligibility & Qualificationsn
- n
- Master's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.n
- UGC-NET/SET/Ph.D. will be preferred, wherever applicable.n
