Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nSailotech is looking for a highly capable Change Manager to support multiple concurrent initiatives within a dynamic life sciences organization. In this role, you'll drive structured change strategies that increase stakeholder visibility, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes across technology and process transformation programs.
nYou'll partner closely with project managers, functional leads, and subject matter experts to ensure change impacts are understood and effectively supported within defined stakeholder groups.
nNote: This role is project-focused and does not include enterprise-wide change governance or portfolio leadership responsibilities.

nProject-Level Change Execution

- Develop and execute change plans aligned to individual project objectives and timelinesn
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify process, system, and role-based changesn
- Define targeted readiness and adoption activities for impacted user groupsn
- Maintain and track project-level change deliverables and milestonesn
nStakeholder Engagement
