nWe are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist who lives and breathes Meta advertising. This role is ideal for someone whose core expertise lies in Facebook and Instagram Ads and who has successfully managed large-scale advertising campaigns for international clients. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with US-based clients, managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding USD 100,000, and consistently delivering measurable business outcomes across both lead generation and eCommerce accounts. - Plan, execute, manage,



and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for international clients.n
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies covering awareness, consideration, lead generation, and conversions.n
- Manage high-budget Meta advertising accounts with monthly spends exceeding USD 100K.n
- Conduct audience research, build custom and lookalike audiences, execute retargeting strategies, and optimize campaign performance.n
- Structure campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and bidding strategies aligned with client objectives.n
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.n
- Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.n
- Perform regular account audits and identify opportunities for scaling and performance improvements.n
- Collaborate closely with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.n
