nPosition Summary
nThe Area Sales Manager (ASM) is in charge of the Nestasia Business in his/her Territory (South & West), and reports directly to the Founder. The ASM manages all sales-generating activities and relationships in order to grow EBO and store in store sales in the assigned territory. The key role is to increase top-line sales revenue while following strict brand guidelines in terms of profitability (promotional rebates) and brand visibility (approved artworks and merchandise items). The ASM will be a leader who can train, lead-by-example and motivate the sales organization to execute the planned activities and deliver the expected results.
nDuties and responsibilities

- Hire, train and maintain workforce to operate the Nestasia owned EBOsn
- Manage inventory, compute stock movement and optimal placement in the EBOsn
- Coordinate with the logistics and category teamsn
- Execute partnerships with stores in order to grow the portfolio of Nestasia products in the assigned territoryn




- Apply a sales strategy to target key markets and establish a dominant presence in the territory; execute promotional programs and activities with key partnersn
- Manage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth for assigned Operating Unitsn
- Manage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner to include frequent sales updates, pricing surveys, etc.n
- Keep abreast and report on products, categories, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trendsn
- Assist in current store opening.n
