nWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's overall financial strategy, capital allocation, investment planning, and financial governance. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial growth, maximizing profitability, ensuring financial sustainability, and supporting business expansion through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership, corporate finance, strategic planning, treasury management, fundraising, and business growth. The CFO will oversee all financial functions while acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial and investment matters.
nKey Responsibilities
nStrategic Financial Leadership
n* Develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

n* Oversee capital allocation and investment decisions to maximize returns and optimize business performance.
n* Evaluate and approve major expenditures, investments, and resource allocation across departments.
n* Assess investment opportunities, business acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures.
n* Monitor return on investment (ROI) and financial performance of key business initiatives.
nFinancial Planning & Performance Management
n* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
n* Monitor organizational financial performance and establish financial KPIs across business units.
