Job DescriptionVigilant Technologies looking for Sales Managers to drive direct enterprise sales across our Security, Fire Safety, Telecom and ELV/BMS portfolio in Mumbai (1 Nos), Pune (1 Nos), Chennai (1 Nos), Bengaluru (1 Nos) and Kerala (1 Nos). This role is best suited to someone with hands-on enterprise sales experience for technical, project-based solutions, owning the full sales cycle, and closing large-value deals directly with enterprise clients or though channel partners/SI.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Identify and develop direct enterprise accounts as well as channel partner/SI networkn
- Own the full sales cycle lead generation, solution presentation, proposal, commercial negotiation and closuren
- Engage directly with CXOs, facility/admin heads, IT heads, and procurement teams to understand requirements and position the right solutionn
- Build relationships with consultants and architects who influence project specificationsn
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design solutions and prepare BOQs/proposals for large accountsn
- Manage account-level pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly basisn
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and market intelligence in the ELV/security/telecom spacen
- Ensure smooth handover to project/implementation teams post order closure and support key account
