- Oversee proposal assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality execution.n
- Monitor work pipelines, team bandwidth, and resource utilization.n
- Review proposal content for quality, consistency, compliance, and brand standards.n
- Maintain project trackers, workload reports, and operational dashboards.n
- Drive continuous process improvements and workflow optimization.n
- Mentor team members and provide operational guidance.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support proposal and pursuit activities.n
