nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software, and excellent analytical skills to manage day-to-day financial operations accurately. You'll work with the directly with a Finance Manager, CFO and with even the management team.
nResponsibilities:

- Bookkeeping & entriesn
- Daily entries in Zoho Books — vendor bills, expense vouchers, bank transactions taggingn
- PO-linked purchase processing — every bill must be matched to a Purchase Order before bookingn
- Process vendor bills as per approval matrix before entryn
- Maintain chart of accounts disciplinen




- Apt with Reconciliations - payment gateway, bank and GSTn
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activitiesn
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial recordsn
- Take complete ownership for Month-end closingn
- Maintain Fixed asset register and inventory registers on ERPn
- Support internal and external audit requirementsn
- Prepare data for monthly MIS as directed by Finance Manager / CFOn

nQualifications:

- n
- B.Com or M.Com with 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ORn
- CA Inter / ACCA is an added advantage Must-have skillsn
- Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation principlesn
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and Zoho Booksn
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsn
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesn
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and AI basicsn
- Attention to detail
