nRole Overview
nWe are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong accounting and compliance expertise to manage our financial operations, statutory compliance, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to regulatory standards in all financial matters.
nKey Responsibilities

- Accounts Finalisation and preparation of Balance Sheet and P&L; statements.n
- Handle all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS,
PF, ESIC, and ensure timely payments.n
- Manage Internal and External Audits and liaise with auditors.n
- Oversee Bank and Statutory Audit assignments, Direct & Indirect Tax filings, and related documentation.n
- Perform Bank Reconciliation, vendor payments, and vendor account management.n
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational financial reports, and other management summaries.n
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial reporting norms.n
- Work collaboratively with internal teams for smooth financial operations.n
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure accuracy across all financial processes.n
