nKey Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and develop agency advisors and sales teams.n
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and customers.n
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and motivation.n
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local market networking.n
- Support advisors during customer meetings and sales closures.n
