nThe International Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's market reach on a global scale. This position requires expertise in cold calling, B2B sales, and outbound calling to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to identify and prospect potential clients in international markets.
n• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
n• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
n• Present product/service offerings to potential clients and address their needs and concerns.
n• Negotiate terms, pricing,



and contracts to close sales and secure new business partnerships.
n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
n• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
n• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
n• Train new agents on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
n• Conduct weekly training sessions to track agent performance and drive continuous improvement.
