In this role, you will manage bench consultants, build strong relationships with vendors and clients, and drive successful placements in the competitive US IT staffing market. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesnSales & Bench Management

- Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clientsn
- Build and expand vendor/client relationshipsn
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - lead generation, submissions, negotiation, and closuren
- Ensure a steady pipeline of requirements with quick submission turnaroundn
- Negotiate billing rates and finalize contract termsn
- Maintain consistent follow-ups on submissions, interviews, and placementsn

nCandidate Engagement & Career Advisory

- Understand candidates' career goals and match them with the right opportunitiesn
- Build long-term relationships with IT professionalsn




- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-upsn
- Deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience from sourcing to placementn
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systemsn

- Mentor and support junior sales executivesn
- Track individual and team performance against targetsn
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reportingn
