nWe are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Inside Sales Manager to drive B2B sales by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and recommending suitable marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
nKey Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients.n
- Understand customer business needs and recommend relevant marketing solutions.n
- Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and product presentations.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.n
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in the CRM.n
- Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.n




- Visit clients occasionally, as per business requirements, to strengthen business relationships.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or related sales roles.n
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and consultative selling.n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.n
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work setting with occasional client visits.n
- Own conveyance for client meetings, whenever required.n
- Technical background in IT/Electronics is not mandatory; relevant sales experience is preferred.n
