Glasafe is a up-to-date home & kitchen brand building thoughtfully designed glass products for everyday living.
We are now looking to build a much bigger brand presence across Instagram and LinkedIn — not through generic content, but through strong campaigns, original IPs and stories that people remember.
About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Campaigns Strategist who can own our social presence end-to-end.
This is not a content scheduling role.
You will be expected to identify opportunities, develop ideas, build campaigns, create recurring content IPs and work with the right people to bring them to life.
You will have significant creative ownership and will work closely with the founders.
What You’ll Do
A. Own Glasafe’s Instagram & LinkedIn strategy
B. Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns
C. Create original, recurring Glasafe IPs
D. Develop content concepts across Reels, carousels, stories and LinkedIn
E. Build creator/influencer collaborations
F. Develop founder-led and company-led storytelling for LinkedIn.

Identify cultural trends and conversations relevant to Glasafe
H. Write creative briefs for designers, editors and creators
I. Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute campaigns
J. Analyse content performance and continuously improve the strategy
K. Turn successful experiments into repeatable content formats
What We’re Looking For
A. 2–5 years of experience in social media, brand marketing, creative strategy or content
B. Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
C. Excellent understanding of consumer behaviour and internet culture
D. Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
E. Ability to develop an idea from concept → campaign → execution → measurement
F. Experience working with creators/influencers
G. Strong communication and project management skills
H. A portfolio that demonstrates ideas and campaigns, not just aesthetically designed posts
