nJob Summary:
nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing loans underwritten by credit officers to ensure compliance with bank policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This involves reviewing loan applications, assessing documentation accuracy, verifying lending criteria, and identifying any discrepancies.
nResponsibilities:
nAnalyzing customer financial positions, employment history, credit history, and ability to repay.
nUnderstanding and applying the 4 C's of Credit effectively.
nEnsuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.




nAssessing credit risk and determining loan approval/decline decisions.
nApplying lending/credit policy, mortgage insurance guidelines, and risk assessment principles.
nCommunicating with external stakeholders, including Brokers/Lenders.
nDemonstrating strong customer-centric communication skills.
