nRole Overview:
nWe're looking for a Account Manager to own the renewal cycle for our existing customers. You'll work directly with clients as their contracts come up for renewal, and you'll coordinate internally across legal, leadership, and HR to make sure every renewal closes cleanly and on time. This is a role for someone who's comfortable owning a process end to end — chasing details, keeping multiple stakeholders aligned, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
nWhat You'll Do:
n- Own the renewal process for existing client accounts — from initial outreach through signed contract
n- Coordinate with legal on contract terms, redlines,



and approvals
n- Work with company leadership and HR managers on both our side and the client's to keep renewals moving
n- Collaborate across sales, client success, and operations teams to resolve blockers
n- Keep CRM and internal systems accurately updated with renewal status, contract terms, and key dates
n- Flag at-risk accounts early and loop in the right people before a renewal is at risk of lapsing
n- Maintain a working knowledge of each account's history (past issues, escalations, pricing exceptions) so renewal conversations aren't starting from zero
n- Maintain clear, qualified written communication with clients throughout the renewal process
nWhat We're Looking For:
n- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success
n- Strong written English and communication skills — you'll be drafting client-facing emails and coordinating across teams regularly
